Was an older hotel that was really nice when new and still pretty good. Only disadvantage is you could hear the people upstairs walking around. Older type construction.

Everyone was helpful and courteous, great location.

For price, I got a room with no view but a nice, clean, comfortable room with excellent service in a great location. This place was very clean and well attended and I will go there again.

The rooms are actually very nice for the money--But other parts of the property, including the hallways, seem kind of shabby, with worn and stained carpet, and in come cases stacks of TV's in the hallways. The sliding door in our room provided a beautiful view of the Marina, but the door itself was hard to open and close, and is in need of an upgrade. Hotel staff here are very nice and helpful--It's obvious that with a little more polish, this hotel would be booked full more often. Very poor service and attitude.

We went during winter. Hotel staff told us all rooms were controlled by centralized heater, so the in-room controller does not work. This is nonsense and stupid. Why have in-room controller if this is the case? All our 3 rooms were hot & stuffy and all of us could not sleep well. Also, this man who checked-in for us had lousy attitude. We booked 3 rooms & he only checked in 1 room for us, then passed it on to 2 other staff to do so and he moved on to the next customer. 1 booking and 3 staff to check in for each room? I had to repeat myself 3 times. It wasted so much time at the reception. We drove 6 hours to reach this hotel and everyone was tired. So the entire experience made us very frustrated. I made a complaint to the manager but nothing was done. No apology was given from the bad attitude staff. So, no way I will stay here again. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. ...read more
